Learned this place has new owners! Food was tasty and fresh. Service was attentive and kind. Try the iced coffee with ube cold foam - sooo good! Also cute decorations and very clean!

Honestly, the food here is pretty disappointing. It's not tasty at all, and the prices are way too high for what you get. There's no table service either. I ordered a bowl of rare beef pho, but...
