My favorite place to walk my dog is Peaked Mountain. Offers some fun trails with elevation gain and great views. You can definitely meander and enjoy the serenity or...get a good cardio workout...

If you're looking for a quick hike, this is the place to go! It's very nice, clean and dog friendly. Greatest part is the top, there is a marvelous view.

I love these two hiking areas. Very beautiful. The lake trail is short, manageable for all. Peaked Mountain summit is a bit difficult and rocky.
