I have used them for many years. The last few trips it takes 20+ minutes for the bus to pick you up at the airport. They used to be much quicker. I saw 6 Pre-Flight busses (their competitor)...

Overall great service. My only dissappointment is that the car detailing service, which I have used a couple of times, has gotten very expensive and doesn't even cover simple things, like cleaning...

Waited more than a half an hour for the shuttle to arrive, 6 Preflightparking.com shuttles passed by sounds like they only have one driver.

Efficient parking option for Logan airport. From parking lot 15m to terminal, shuttles run regularly, uncovered but well gated. Prices aren't amazing but much cheaper than airport parking.
