The Parish Cafe opened in November 1992. Its concept is simple, but fabulous! Owner Gordon Wilcox approached Boston’s famous chefs and asked them each to create a sandwich for the Parish Cafe menu. Each sandwich is named for the chef and the restaurant they are from. Since our menu items are created by other chefs our standards are extremely high, which shows through in our enormous following.
