Pizza, mozzarella sticks, and wings cold. Ordered boneless wings and got bones. Asked for plates and napkins and did not get them. Will never order from the Plainville location again.

I ordered a large italian sub from Papa Ginos # 1212. The sub roll was so hard that I was unable to bite parts of it. I had to put the meat and cheese on my bread. Very disappointed.
