Mac & cheese is always clumpy. Mobile orders arent ready when they say they are. The employees are always nice and helpful. Can take a while to get your order on weekends but that's expected

Very disappointed in Panera bagels. The center holes are 2 1/2 " in diameter. There's very little dough! The bagels are also very thin. I couldn't make a sandwich because the hole is so large....
