Not a fan. If you get past the grouchy woman who answers the phone and acts like you're inconveniencing her, great. If she actually passes along your message to the absent agent, even better....

Insurance agents do not contact customer when they change insurance companies without you knowing. They also do not inform you of policy changes or coverage change.
