Larry Dean and Lydia McIntosh are a married team who share the goal to promote nonviolent communication that will facilitate understanding and empathy when conflict arises through which individuals and communities can see beyond differences and find common values.

Specialties

Offering workshops, consultations and coaching on nonviolent communications (NVC) skills. We teach using a combination of presentation and participation. Groups range from 6 to 20 and customized workshops for organizations and corporate groups.
