Our Lady's Haven

Our Lady's Haven, established in 1945, is a skilled nursing and rehabilitative care facility offering short-term and extended care services. It is a part of the Diocesan Health Facilities, which is a group of five long-term care skilled nursing homes sponsored by the Roman Catholic Diocese. The organization s licensed rehabilitative therapists and therapy assistants provides physical, speech, occupational and respiratory therapies, rebuilding skills, and comprehensive home safety evaluation and discharge planning. It also offers specialized care for men and women diagnosed with Alzheimer s disease and related memory-impairing illnesses. The organization is approved by the Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations. Its pain management program is accredited by the American Academy of Pain Management. Our Lady's Haven is located in Fairhaven, Mass.
