So, I had to share. Water was POURING in. Every 2-3 mins had to run the vac to suck up the water. Emptied a bucket of 2-3 gallons about every 45mins. Not happy... Called a few places got a lot of...

Nice enuff guy. The thing is one year he's a framer, the next a gardner, the next a waterproofing guy, then he's a framer again. He does _NOT_ return phone calls or messages. He must be loaded...
