History

Donald Venterosa has kept an olympic weightlifting platform and equipment in his garage for decades, and has kept the door open to anyone who wants to lift. In 2012 Donald transformed his 1250sf garage into a gym dedicated to olympic weightlifting with 4 platforms and the best Werksan and Eleiko equipment. We have coached many beginners, intermediate and advanced lifters, and have had 9 of our lifters compete in national and international competitions. We are always happy to have new lifters join our gym for a day or for their entire training schedules.
