They say 3rd time is a charm...and this trip did not disappoint. The entire staff at Northern Essex has always been extremely accommodating and welcoming. My questions are readily addressed....

The surgery was perfect, but the office staff is not helpful. Extremely rude! They need new employees.

Zero stars to this practice. Make sure if you go for surgery you call and triple check if your going in for a consultation or for actual surgery . Both my wife and I lost a days pay of work...
