Professional Contract Sterilization, Inc ( PCS ) offers our clients an ETO contract sterilization facility that provides services across the USA. Our services include providing complete validation testing and coordination of validation program within the sterilization process. We are a one stop shop in the ETO sterilization market. We save you money and resources by providing a turn key validation program and routine sterilization process. PCS has been in business since 1990. Our tradition is just as focused as it was in the beginning, to provide a quality service to our clients. PCS is ISO 13485: 2003 and EN550 certified. Our location is in New England, the Myles Standish Industrial Park ( Exit 9 of Rt. 495 ) in Taunton, Mass. PCS has six ( 6 ) ETO vessels. The sterilizers are capable of low or high processing temperatures. The vessels range in size capability from 30 cu ft - 1140 cu ft ( couple of boxes to 10 skids ; small and large volume customers ). Environmental Preconditioning room/s are temperature and humidity controlled. Aeration rooms are continually exhausted. PCS sterilizers have the capability to conduct deep vacuum or soft nitrogen cycles. PCS's Quality Control Program is designed to closely monitor every aspect of the sterilization process. PCS has implemented effective and compliant emission control systems for its processes.
