Salemhaven is a nonprofit, 110-plus-bed skilled nursing and rehabilitation center. It is certified by Medicaid and Medicare, and is located in Salem, N.H. The center offers general medical and 24-hour nursing care, as well as a number of specialized programs and services to its residents.
