Called ahead to order sneakers. Came down from NH later that day and had no problems with nothing but smiles. Micheal is a great employee, very helpful and kind! We'll be back!!

Customer service sucks!!!! Spent 20 minutes in the store with no one offered to help. Rude staffs. Literally walked by and ignored me.
