Convenient location right in the center of Lee, five minutes from the pike (exit 2). ATM is drive-up. I have never used a teller at this location so no insight into service.

NBT has the worst customer service on the on line banking line. 5 FIVE phone calls later I still have no answer and they told me to call the branch? What the heck? Do NOT recommend!
