Mrs Murray's Nursery School

History

Mrs. Murray's Nursery School was established in the early 60's at the former L'ecole de St. Louis de Gonzague school, located on Federal Street, Newburyport MA. Frances Murray opened the school to provide a social and educational opportunity for preschool age children in the city. She ran the school until 1978 when Eileen Richard took over. In 2001, MMNS moved from Federal Street to its current location. In 2014, Eileen retired and Donna Riley, one of her teachers became the current owner.
