This company absolutely sucks - do not use them if you want your email to work. Do use them if you want to waste hours and days of your time trying to save your business from disaster.

I've been a mindSHIFT customer since 2007. Since day one mindSHIFT's support has been almost nonexistent. As i write this review I'm 31 minutes on hold, trying to find the status of trouble...

If you are a small company looking to outsource your IT to this provider please do not waste your time. I dealt with Roy Buzon who told me that they do not send their representative to the field...
