Don't expect friendly service. Asked for help in a project and had all the parts list, but because the guy didn't understand what I am trying to build, he was very rude and dismissive.

The "mature" sounding woman who answers the phone for the business is incredibly curt and rude. She should be filling a roll outside of customer service.
