It's unfortunate that most times when I come into the Salem branch the kids behind the counter only know how to do part of the job have been waiting over 45 mins to get a wire transfer approved....

This is the most difficult place to do business with. I'm trying to refinance and they are taking 2 weeks to let me payoff my loan.
