mesa 21 food is great, service is very good!. and it portuguese food, Hard to find a spot to park, That is fallriver.

parking was almost nonexistent, service was good, had the scallops on a bed of mushroom & asparagus. minimum mushrooms & asparagus was Mia but rice was plentiful and terrible. will not be back. .
