I moved to Melrose last year and had to find a vet near me. MAC staff are very nice and very responsive. You do have to call in to book a new pet but it was pretty easy to make an appointment....

It's great until your pet gets sick. They suggest bringing the pet to urgent care or call in the morning to see if anyone cancelled. ( Mind you the pet had just been there for a wellness exam. )...

The staff at Melrose AC is the best! The check in process is smooth and friendly, and the techs / vets are so sweet patient, even when my cat is *~dramatic~* at her appointments.
