History
I began my profession while serving in the U.S. Air Force where I was called upon to help airmen who have failed to meet requirements needed to pass the Air Force fitness test. I left the military in 2005 and started my own personal training business in Glendale, California. I have over 17 years of experience in fitness, specializing in fitness foundation, corrective exercise training and performance enhancement training.
