Its South Windsor, CT facility consists of 109,800 square feet of manufacturing, inspection and administration space. Electro-Methods is approved by NADCAP, the U.S. Government, General Electric and Honeywell to perform in house vacuum heat treating and brazing, manual and automatic fusion welding, electrical discharge machining, anti-gall, riveting, balancing, fluorescent penetrant inspection, magnetic particle inspection and radiographic inspection. These special processes are in addition to its CNC and manual turning and grinding, CNC 5 axis milling and sheet metal forming capabilities.
