As one of the first approved Boston Medical Cannabis Dispensaries, Mayflower Medicinals is proud to be the city's premier neighborhood dispensary. We provide only the highest quality medical cannabis products and services in a safe, secure, and professional environment. In July of 2018, our retail location opened at 230 Harvard Ave in Allston, and since then, we have been serving qualified MA medical patients from all over the state. Our diverse selection of cannabis products may provide relief for a wide range of illnesses and medical conditions. This selection is always expanding and includes company-grown, thoroughly-tested, high-quality cannabis products ranging from the finest flower, concentrates, and tinctures, to delicious edibles and soothing topicals. All of these products are hand-crafted and cultivated in our 36,000 square foot production facility. From lighting and watering systems, to temperature and humidity controls, we monitor every product from seed to sale.
