Why can't this place have a working phone number? It's a UPS Access Point for the South End but you can't call to ask about a package. It's ridiculous that a business doesn't have a working phone...

Store has reopened under new management. It is no longer dark and dingy, the new owners are a lot more friendlier and make you feel like family. Prices are mostly great. Maybe a few overpriced...
