The worst place I've ever had in my life! The stuff are disrespectful and have used a bad faith. My car was towed on a Saturday night and I was only able to pick it up on Monday, my son was there...

I was so grateful for the tow truck driver, Jimmy, at Mal's. He helped lift my 70 pound dog into (and out of!) his truck when I was in a car accident last week. Definitely consider Mal's!!!

Mal actually made this right for me, refunding me $700 of my $900 -- *after* I sent a letter requesting a refund of 1/2 the storage fee, because my car had been stored in the open, unsecured lot....
