Do not spend money at this store, this same brand is sold at many other stores where you'll be able to get actual customer service. The "manager" at this store belongs in a suburban mall chain...

This store really is bad. They don't have full range of Loro Pianas...go to Nieman Marcus. They have better service and well-stocked than here.
