Didn't realize that there was a 2 hour minimum n many other charges. Plus they put a good size dig in my jewelry chest and didn't say anything. They were very fast and pleasant.

Brandon, their manager, needs some serious customer service training. Shocked at how rude he was. Avoid a place like this if that's who they choose to elevate to management.

Awful experience. Took forever, went over estimate by 500 dollars, broke multiple items I specifically set aside, hid the broken items, and refused to pay for them. On top of this their operations...
