HistoryThe Artisan Gallery opened in Northampton, Ma, in 1984. We moved to our much larger, more central location at 162 Main St. in 2004. We were then able to greatly expand the number of craftspeople and designers that we represent. Our enhanced collection of craft includes a particular passion for ceramics and a beautiful, creative collection of clothing, accessories and jewelry. Many of the artists we feature reside and work in the Pioneer Valley and the hills that surround it. Our clothing collection revolves around pieces that are shapely with an easy fit. The two styles we focus on might best be described as sophisticated/bohemian and clean/contemporary.
