I asked for tapered square, I got bulky bumpy nails. I hated them, had to go home and fix them myself. Staff is rude and these nails cost me $55

Rude people, instead of answering a phone question if they are busy, they just hang up on you. Polite thing to do is to explain that it is not a good time.
