The New Paltz Fire Department works to provide fire protection, rescue, hazardous material response and emergency medical services. It houses engines, aerial ladders, water tankers, command vehicles, rescue squads, paramedic units, brush trucks, ambulances, and rescue vans and cars. The department serves more than 16,000 people living in an area of over 50 square miles. The New Paltz Fire Department provides information regarding fire prevention and suppression. It is comprised of nearly 50 firefighters and emergency medical personnel. The New Paltz Fire Department has a communication center that coordinates responses to various emergency calls for services. It works under the government of New Paltz in New York.

Berlin Town Hall is a municipal division of the city of Berlin, Conn. The organization is responsible for overseeing and maintaining a variety of municipal services. Berlin Town Hall s town manager executes and implements public policy as created by the Berlin Town Council, while the building department processes building permits from 1961 and later. The Town Hall s planning and zoning department is responsible for historic district and land use applications, as well as zoning information. The youth services department offers youth programs and case management assessments. Other divisions include the voters registrar, tax and finance departments, assessors and treasurers offices, engineering department and social services.

Bethlehem Parks & Recreation is operated by the Town of Bethlehem, and is located in Delmar, N.Y. It offers a variety of parks, including Elm Avenue, Henry Hudson, North and South Bethlehem, Selkirk, Bethlehem memorial firefighters and Maple ridge parks. Its Henry Hudson Park is a scenic park, located on the banks of the Hudson River and provides various facilities, including a boat launch, accessible fishing area, picnic area with grills, a gazebo, softball field, playground, volleyball court and horseshoes. Its Elm Avenue Park provides a pool complex, tennis and basketball courts, pavilions, fitness trail, playing fields, volleyball courts, shuffleboard and a playground and its winter facilities include a large ice-skating rink, sledding hill, cross-country skiing and an area for snowmobiling.
