Last Hope K9 Rescue is a volunteer-run, foster-based organization dedicated to saving abandoned, neglected, and abused dogs from high-kill shelters in Central Arkansas and beyond. They do not discriminate based on age, pre-existing medical conditions, or breed, believing that every animal deserves to know love.
Since their establishment in March 2012, Last Hope K9 Rescue has saved the lives of over 12,000 dogs through the support of their amazing volunteers, donors, adopters, and partners. They work tirelessly to find foster and adoptive homes for dogs, especially in the wake of the COVID-19 pandemic, when record numbers of dogs have been surrendered to shelters. Last Hope K9 Rescue is committed to providing a new beginning for these dogs and relies on the generosity of their community to continue their life-saving work.
