Extremely unprofessional. Their communication with clients is terrible. I had to wait 30 minutes after my scheduled time. My eyes were on fire. I am positive I am reviewing the correct Lash Mama....

Anita did my full set of lash extensions, and she was incredibly kind and checked on me throughout the application process. The studio is very relaxing, and I even fell asleep during some of it....
