The worse service as possible. This place is a nightmare, there's one lady that's working in the morning and she doesn't seem to care about anything, not the people that's waiting nor the waiting...

I had no issues making an appointment online ahead of time. I came in on a Monday morning and was seen and released within 15 min. The staff were helpful and professional.

I had a great experience here. I was a walk-in and went in the afternoon. I checked into the kiosk (it also had a way to verify yourself if you didn't have your ID on you, which was convenient)....
