zero stars. They delivered my furniture about a month late and then one of the 2 pieces was damaged. The delivery guys tested the recline and got it up, but then they couldn't get it closed!...
My experience with Lazyboy in Dartmouth was awful. My recliner was delivered damaged so I did not accept it. Tried calling the store to find out what to do from here...for days and nobody answered...
