Kurukulla Buddhist Center

Kurukulla Center for Tibetan Buddhist Studies, established in 1989, offers a supportive community for individuals studying and practicing the Tibetan Buddhist tradition under the spiritual direction of Lama Zopa Rinpoche and the Foundation for the Preservation of the Mahayana Tradition (FPMT). Guided by resident teacher Geshe Ngawang Tenley, the center provides various programs including teachings, meditation sessions, and community-building activities for both novice and experienced practitioners.

Recently, the center celebrated the joyous announcement confirmed by His Holiness the Dalai Lama regarding the reincarnation of Lama Zopa Rinpoche, signifying an important moment for its community. As the search for the reincarnation unfolds, Kurukulla Center encourages participation in prayers and practices such as reciting the Chanting the Names of Noble Manjushri.
