History

In 2011, I decided to follow my passion to become a Master Reiki Practitioner. At that time, I also completed a Health Coaching Certification program. The time was right for me to open my KrantzWellness practice and help others find their path to wellness. In addition to formal Reiki training, I have over 20 years of experience in the areas of yoga, fitness, nutrition, healthy cooking, and the practice of mindfulness.
