Bait and switch They give you discount coupons and exclude many item from the discount. Picked up a Nike shirt and when no discount applied I promptly returned it .Won't be going back anytime...

This store is just chaos all the time. There is crap everywhere, just huge piles and piles of crap with no where to walk between rows of clothes. Unorganized and way to cluttered to ever enjoy...

Was one of my favorite to-go stores but their decision to go with cancel culture causes me to return the cancel. Businesses need keep it business-like but kohl's is more like Twitter of FaceBook
