Kitchen Options, Inc. of New England, known as Kitchen Options and K.O.N.E., was founded by Ray Lentine. Ray's experience with refacing started back in 1986, when he witnessed the transformation of his Mother's kitchen. His Mother had several estimates for a complete rip-out they were in the upper teens. (Today, that same kitchen would cost in the lower $30s.) Ray's brother suggested looking into something that none of the other Lentine's had ever heard of: Kitchen Cabinet Refacing. The estimate came to just under $6000. This was 1986. She sold her house and moved to Florida in 2000. The refaced kitchen, 14 years later, looked like the day it was installed. The house was on the market for just a few days. Out of business. When you call it goes to voicemail and you never get a call. When we had kitchen done was told lifetime warranty. Now we are stuck with cabinet problems and no one to talk to.
