Kent's Point Conservation Area in Orleans, MA is a 27.7-acre land trust that was acquired by the Town in 1988 to preserve its natural beauty. With over a mile of undeveloped shoreline along Lonnie's Pond, Little Pleasant Bay, and Frost Fish Creek, this conservation area offers a tranquil escape for nature enthusiasts. Visitors can explore the 1.5-mile trail that leads to a handicapped-accessible boardwalk, providing stunning views of The River and the northern portion of Pleasant Bay.

Once the site of Miss Charlotte Kent's house, which was removed after her passing in 1997, Kent's Point Conservation Area is a haven for wildlife, with more than 30 great blue herons spotted in the Frost Fish cove during winter. Accessible from Monument Road via the unpaved Frost Fish Lane, this picturesque conservation area is a must-visit for those seeking a peaceful retreat in the heart of Orleans.
