The sterilizers are capable of low or high processing temperatures. The vessels range in size capability from 30 cu ft - 1140 cu ft ( couple of boxes to 10 skids ; small and large volume customers ). Environmental Preconditioning room/s are temperature and humidity controlled. Aeration rooms are continually exhausted. PCS sterilizers have the capability to conduct deep vacuum or soft nitrogen cycles. PCS's Quality Control Program is designed to closely monitor every aspect of the sterilization process. PCS has implemented effective and compliant emission control systems for its processes.
