Joseph M. Smith Community Health Center, established in 1968, is a nonprofit and independent community health center. The health center provides medical, dental, vision and mental health counseling services to people of all ages. The services offered include gynecology, family planning, pediatrics nutrition, adolescent health, diabetes health management, and prenatal care. It also provides eye care and mammography, cardiovascular screenings, and podiatry dental services. The health center has certified nurse midwives, dentists, specialist physicians, optometrist, family practice nurse practitioners, and health care professionals. Joseph M.
