im a supplier for Johnson controls, fire and safety and noone has a clue over there. there alway late in payments, they can never get the prices and quantities i send them correct on their PO's....

Johnson Controls, which distributes York mini splits, has terrible customer service for residents. They could not recommend any reseller in the Boston area to repair and service York mini-splits.
