Was in town for only a bit and was in the mood for Indian so went to the Jewel. Fantastic Indian with a big menu and portions great..flavors very authentic. Would gladly come back.

I ordered takeout and it was pretty good! I'm not sure I would choose to eat in the restaurant, as the ambiance is basic, a little dark, and no frills. I'll be back!

FOOD WAS DELICIOUS!! Me and my Boyfriend went here for lunch and the servers were all kind and very attentive. If you're looking for perfect food in Newburyport go here!

The lamb Rogan Josh was delicious-just enough spice. The naan was perfect. I might try upping the spice level next time.
