Nice people, I suppose. Insanely expensive. Quoted almost $100,000 for 13 "normal " windows. That's taking the Back Bay premium to the stratosphere.

omg it's impossible to get someone on the phone with this company because of the way their phone menus work. I really felt like they weren't interested in my business. I bought lots of windows...
