The Brien Center is the sole provider for the uninsured and under insured, offering a sliding fee scale to accommodate the neediest, both in terms of their mental health and financial capacity. The Brien Center services are open to all segments of the Berkshire County population, serving more than 10,000 clients annually at the Brien's North, Central and South County locations.
