Jennifer Hatch combines her passion for helping families, legal and mediation skills, collaborative law training and the foundations of Consilium divorce consulting to help her clients achieve out-of-court resolutions with integrity & dignity. Jennifer has 20 years of experience representing clients in various Massachusetts Courts. For many of those years, she offered trauma-informed legal representation in family law cases that involved abuse, addiction & mental health challenges. Now, she applies the unique skills earned from working in those difficult cases to out-of-court divorce processes. She guides clients in achieving their family restructuring goals through mediation, collaborative divorce processes, or as their Divorce Consultant.
