Very unresponsive in communication and maintenance requests. Gave us a lot of trouble when we needed to break the lease and move to a new city and charged us a lot of extra fees.

Intercontinental Management is incredibly unresponsive to maintenance issues. They rarely respond to e-mails. Their telephone number invariably leads to voicemail. The woman in charge never calls...
