We offer 15 guest rooms and 3 two-bedroom suites with full kitchens for your comfort. Our suites feature spectacular views of the downtown Newburyport and the Merrimack River. We're close to rail trails, shopping, dining, and entertainment in both Salisbury and Newburyport. The Inn was clean and nice. But trying to book a room is nearly impossible. They must have sent 5 to 7 emails to check in early requiring a photo ID, passport , selfie and credit card. They...

Stayed at the Inn, it was a great location and much nicer than the many of the competing hotels in the area. The rooms were spacious and clean. I would recommend to anyone wanting to stay in the area.
